Transfer line

The transfer line machine is design to cut mainly the P1 (header) and P8 outer waist seal.
Usually the transfer line has 6 stations, on each station there are two tools that cut the seal.
a conveyor transfers the seal from the loading area to the cutting station.
only one operator is need for the loading and unloading of the profile. The cycle time is around 25 second (depending on the complexity of the cut).
A transfer line can be used for several project, 10 or 15min are enough to change all the tools.

Each station of the transfer line is power by a servo drive that allow precise dimensions and great repeatability of the cutting process.

Inside a transfer line you can install all type of equipment such as :

• Cutting tool
• Sawing tool
• Molding unit
• Measurement tool
• Engraving tool
• Heating tool
• Bending tool

 The transfer line can be deliver with several option such as :

• Automatic unloading
• Vacuum cleaning
• Hydraulic
• Encoder for detecting movement of the profile.

The transfer line has a friendly user interface that allow operator or maintenance team to adjust the parameter, the keys feature are protected with a pass word or a key.

The dimension of the profile can be easily adjusted from the touch screen as well as the program of the tools. Each tool inside the transfer line is identify by an RFID chip that prevent mistake during a changeover between production.

The modular transfer line machine is design to be adaptative. Customer can easily add some module if their need change. Customer can start with a basic line and then add some module such as :

• Sawing
• Molding
• Unloading
