MS Industrie provides a wide range of solutions for cutting process of sealing profiles. It has been our main field of expertise for 15 year. Our team of designer can design manual standalone as well as fully automated multi-pallet transfer line. Most of our solutions are designed to be interchangeable. We also make sure all our tools are SMED compliant. Moreover, our team will ensure the best cutting quality to fit your needs.

Main profiles on car doors

At Ms Industrie, we are designing tools that allow our customer to cut the extremity of the profiles. -
Standalone
We propose 3 versions of face to face :
Manual F2F without axis controlled by servo drive
Automatic F2F with one axis controlled by servo drive
Automatic F2F With tow axis controlled by servo drive
The face to face is a machine mostly dedicated to the cut of the pillar profile.
Similar to a transfer line you will have the possibility to install several type of tool inside the face to face machine (cutting tool ; sawing ; bending…).

STANDALONE

Tool

Tool core
The tool core is composed of a matrix and a knife and several mechanical parts.
On some project instead of changing the complete tool, it is possible to change only the core.
This solution reduces the cost of the project as it allows to reuse some component such as the cylinder and tool base.

SAWING FACE TO FACE
