Assembly and control station for several automotive parts. The station is composed of several Polyurethan support on which the operator deposits the parts to control. Several sensors then check the perfect assembly of the parts. Those type of station can be equipped with printer for traceability.

GLUING FABRIC ON ARMREST

The operator installs an armrest on the support, then place a fabric on other support. Some IR light heat the glue on the fabric. The press closes the tool to assemble both parts.
